Qi Gong | Meditation Workshops

We invite you to our next workshop of Qi Gong to find how to create that 'down time', 'free time', 'time of no cares' you crave in that time before and after your holidays!

Qi Gong (pronounced 'Chee Goong') is an ancient art of meditation using movement, breathwork, and gentle exercise.

It invigorates your internal systems, relaxes your body, calms and focusses your mind - and reminds you to breathe in health and wellbeing. Regular daily practice will change how you feel and change how the world interacts with you.

When you are calm, you deal with situations calmly, your life becomes calm.

Teacher: Peter Bliss (click here for his profile). Peter has practised and taught Qi Gong for many years to individuals and businesses. He is a wealth of information, so please take the time to ask him as many questions as you can.

The exercises taught are for beginners in Qi Gong practice. The classes introduce you to a gentle regime of exercise & meditation that can be practiced daily to improve & maintain health and tranquility.

You will learn the four 'Golden Wheel' exercises & a beautiful 'Lotus Meditation' (as taught by Master Robert Peng) and how to breathe to bring yourself in a state of quietness during the workshop and at the end you receive a FREE CD which contains the exercises & meditation for continued practice.

By the self-regulation of energy in the body, people who practice Qi Gong improve their health by sending the flow of Qi to distressed areas, making our energy work more effectively & help our body to repair naturally.
