Tuna Steaks with Capers, Coriander & Basil

| Ingredients: |
- 2 handfuls fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 handfuls fresh coriander, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 4 tuna steaks, each about 2cm thick

Method
Mix together basil, coriander, lemon juice, capers & chilli. Season with salt & pepper. Rub mixture into both sides of tuna steaks. Rub a small amount of olive oil over cooking pan. Heat pan on a high flame until very hot, add the tuna steaks & cook for 2 minutes each side.
